During the pandemic the deli place I went to had a single line and was understaffed. People would often be waiting outside. I would wait up to a 1/2 hour at times. After awhile I decided to go elsewhere. The wait was just too long. There are a few places around me that have Boars Head, my preference if I can get it and afford it.

 

Waiting more than 10 seconds at a green light because the person in front of you is texting/not paying attention!

 

what a day..... wrote up a 130 slide ppt for a new MD CCW class i'm teaching next week. Nothing like waiting until the "last minute".

Good morning all! Only early November and I've already had enough of this winter nonsense. 26 degrees and frost covered windshield.....this is BS I tell you, BS!

 

I hear ya. I finally folded this year and bought a heated zip up hoodie! I have a 8 minute walk from where I park to work plus when I drive the leaf I'm already cold. I should of caved in a while ago. Loving it. In fact I bought a heavier Milwaukee heated jacket for deep winter.

 

I'm still getting over being sick last week or I would have just taken the bike to work this morning. I have a heated jacket liner and gloves that plug into the bike when riding. I'm actually warmer, faster doing that than waiting for my Tacoma to warm up.

 

Ah, the benefits of a garage.

 

For people texting or otherwise not paying attention, 2 seconds is my max before the horn goes off.

People have gotten so out of control I don't even want to honk anymore. Don't need another gun pulled on me for a simple honk at a green light...

 

I've had that happen to me before. Good times.

 

My brother is a bit of a nut with guns. We were coming back from the gun range 1 day and I honk my horn at a new Yorker in front of me the guy followed me for 3 blocks till I pulled over. Threatening me that he will shoot me. My brother never ponted his gun but lifted in the air and was like want to play dude peeled off to never be seen again. I think I was more pissed at my brother for that.

 

Well, that's not cool.

Good morning PA. Meeting my mother in Pittsburgh. We are going to visit my father's grave, then go to lunch at Eat-n-Park. I've been trying to eat healthy lately after my weight ballooned to its heftiest. I debating whether I should put it on hold and get the Super burger.
