1-2 inches of rain underway for tonight. We need it. Franklin County is still in a 10" deficit so we need it. Pretty sure my well picked up a slug of dirt a month or so ago. Hasn't done it since, so crossing my fingers :goingcrazy:

Morning Mark, cool project. Some experiences I have had with knob and tube wiring, they switch the neutral for lighting. Interesting.

Yup. We just had our contractor completely rewire the room. Those old metal boxes are a nightmare.

I had that crap in my old house in Mississippi. There was a line right above the attic access and when I first went up there it was bare. Yea, felt that one pretty quickly

Luckily this house doesn't have any of that or aluminum. Gotta pull several wire out of the floor joist to do some repairs. That's gonna be no fun... :annoyed:

Luckily it has been updated from knob and tube but it's still old and there are some funky circuits. For example, the entire upper floor, the downstairs bedroom and the dining room are all on a single circuit.

I’ve got a crew at the station, 3-4” of rain. We won’t be here all night but at least until the games are over we’ve got a crew.

I’m already ready for winter to be over. To cold.

If it hits like they say it will, gonna be a lot of them getting activated. I don’t think any of my guys are fully certified, I’m only an Ops I think I’ve only got 2 techs. But they also work other locations so it’s hit or miss if they can run volly calls.
As long as we don’t have a repeat of the summer. I’ll be good.
    Yeah same here in Bucks.

Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians and Othertuckystatians!!!

Still raining like hell here in NEPA. There's water flowing down our road so it won't belong before it erodes it and flows into our yards.

Rain stopped somewhere around 4am, but the wind, sheesh! It friggin' wimdy!

Picked a heck of a day to fill up the Subaru and grab some diesel. Supposed to get the same winds but lower temps tomorrow o_O

EDIT: Power tripped out around 10 last night a couple blinks in a couple seconds. Knocked off all the GFCI's in the house. Come to find out the road from me didn't have power for several hours. That was an odd one...
