Good morning. We had a rain/snow mix when I woke up. All rain now. The grandson has a 2 hour delay. They always notify him after he wakes up. Was in the shower when they called. So, no sleeping in for him.

You’re too nice I’d just bill them kw/hr. They’ll get the heat fixed after one shift.

Good excuse to buy heated gear for when you ride. Just get a cigarette lighter adapter for the stuff to plug in then take the purchase on your taxes as a work related expense.

Great weather today. (enter sarcastic snicker) Over an inch of slush/ice encasing everything. Try to clear the truck and it compacts solid. Kids school (Pittsburgh Public School) finally let parents know they're doing a 2 hour delay (at 7:15am but they should've canceled and made it remote learning from home. I made the mistake of trusting the weather people and removed the tarp from my trailer so now it's a thick ice rink with the e-tracks also rendered useless. Hopefully I don't get emergency calls for vehicles needing hauled or towed from being stuck or wreck because I really don't feel like pulling the Torch out to melt the slush and ice from the e-tracks. I know it's going to melt by tomorrow night hopefully after the snow tonight and tomorrow morning but it still sucks. Oh, did I mention that SLUSH/ ICE is Heavy as hell.

People haven't learned from Saturday's storm. Now they had to close the one mountain due to wreaks. People are still driving crazy on my road despite the snow coming down hard still. o_O

Good news is I’m not plowing snow when I got home but I’ll be damned if I didn’t have to shovel the damn driveway to aim the water away from my flooded parking area and out away from work shop :frusty: talked about getting few tons of stone this past summer and never did do it :frusty: I did run a few lines in the mud with the truck to help turn the water away from my drive .
Better Good news of the day Toyota deal in state college called my truck was done by 10:30 am today this is the 5th time maybe 6th ? my passenger side window sprayer now works again hoping it will last more then one or two weeks this time it wouldn’t spray the windshield it would hit the hood or black cowling in front of window . :fingerscrossed:
