I hit almost 10 yrs on my original, wife's 2005 Rav was 10-something..both Panasonic. Hers went dead one time and I replaced it without question as she works at night sometimes. Mine went dead and even boosting it wouldn't keep any kind of charge.

Those meters resetting is a big sign. Pop the hood on it when you shut it off even if you don't do it right away..mine went when the hood was also frozen shut and took me a good 45 min with a hairdryer to open.

Or plow them. The state roads around here aren't well maintained during a storm. We will see how things are tomorrow.

I'm on the fence about tomorrow, take the leaf or Taco? Taco clean , waxed in garage on a tender , leaf is already salty . Leaf is a tank in the snow , it has 4 snow tires with good tread . I'm starting work tomorrow morning around 3 am or when I get there so I'll probably get to work before the heavy stuff comes down then I'm leaving at 2 30 so hopefully roads are at least plowed.

Snow tires are more important than 4wd especially when it’s only calling for under an inch before you get to the baby factory @steelcity2

If I lived near civilization I’d have an ev work car instead of a work Lexus.

    Working on it
3-4" tomorrow and the roads still have snow on them from earlier this week. I'll take the taco with studs.

The rav does great in snow, but so far this year everything has packed into ice really fast.

Well so far not as bad as they fear casting I mean forecasting, most roads are still black. Apparently they did alot of pre salting. When I can into work around 3 some roads felt like gravel roads. Hope everyone has a great Friday.

Good morning all and happy Friday. I had one or two areas that were slick on my way to work but overall not too bad. Vintage Japanese Motorcycle show and swap meet coming up Sunday in York. Former coworker from my dealership days coming in from out of town to work the event is staying at our place Saturday. Looking forward to catching up with an old friend.

Good morning. We have a few inches in the far western part of the state. Just got done shoveling the sidewalk so my daughter doesn't have to trapse through snow as she leaves for the day. Grandson has no school today but his team is scheduled to wrestle in a tournament this afternoon. We'll see.

Lol new jersey closed the schools and government jobs today for 1 to 3in of snow. State is getting soft. It's barely snowing out.

Same here. But the grandson has a flexible remote day so he has to "report" to class at 9 a.m. No off day. Shoveled the driveway though.
