I was driving home on County Line Road today when a woman in a white Volkswagen Atlas in front of me hit a deer; I immediately pulled over to make sure she was okay. Not only was she okay, but her car had no damage that I could see.

The deer survived the initial impact, but largely remained motionless except for the occasional convulsion/seizure. A few minutes after the strike, the deer started convulsing with such force that it started seizure-dancing its way across County Line Road. It had initially ended up in the right turn lane after being struck by the VW, but it ultimately ended up in one of the straight lanes. In this picture, you can see a car swerving to avoid the still-living deer...

The deer probably would have died anyway, but it was very dark out and the deer was right in the middle of a busy road. The inevitable happened when a lifted Ford F150 going 50+ MPH didn't even slow down and ran over the deer; I knew the Ford was going to hit the deer, and there was a crunching noise that I'm guessing was the deer's skull. The Ford had no damage and just kept going. Again, these pics were taken before the F150 ended its suffering, and the last two pics show that the deer was actually moving.

I find it amazing that the Volkswagen got no damage, despite hitting the deer hard enough that it started having a seizure!

Good morning Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Went to homedepot just to buy box blades. Walked out with a new drill. I can't control my impulsiveness

My brother suckered me into doing a tree job with him. I'm beat first he told me 2 little trees. It turned into the all the trees along the fence line.

Looks like tomorrows weather is gonna be decent, so the vehicles need some cleaning. I don't even know what color the floor mat is on the Tacoma from all the muck!

I had my mom's Nissan today because I was transporting a cooktop that my girlfriend's landlady bought secondhand, and I didn't want anybody to steal it...
