Thanks. I wish I would’ve taken before photos. Had a fiberglass one piece shower with a seat in it. Had to have the sweet shower center also

    Morning PA :pccoffee:

It appears to be mud season here in Franklin County. All the rural roads around here the farmers are gearing up and there's mud and crap all over the roads. Pretty sure the Camry is muddier than the Tacoma at this point

Most rain I've seen in a while, hope it's filling up the water table. Cistern is full so the water is being diverted into the yard. The overflow from the tank I'm pretty sure is going into the weeping system around the house and that's no bueno. Gotta correct that when it warms up :annoyed:

Sweet looking. Bet that took some time. But worth the wait.

I don't think I'd have to worry about the pump as much as the refill capacity

He totally gutted the bathroom and installed everything in like 6 days. Literally had a hole in the side of the house where the shower is now. Most of the shower is outside the exterior wall under the overhang.

I love a nice hot shower, but don't want to over-run the well or septic field with a super long shower.

That’s in public so not too concerned there. Just the power bill for heating water. Eventually it’ll be on demand with propane.

My fiancé isn’t on public. We’re about half a mile away from it. But some people that are actually on the other side of public don’t have it. I guess it just hasn’t branched that way but they’re pushing for it.

It would be set up like in town with grinder pumps/lift stations at every house. But, $6,000 is far better than $35,000 o_O

Not to worried about getting public water. I have some really good water here so I won't complain too much. It did pick up a slug of dirt a while back and do a number on the water softener, but I got everything cleaned up and it recovered.

More utilities is a double edged sword. More utilities leads to more infrastructure and more infrastructure leads to more commercial business like warehouses. That's exactly what's happening in my area. A whole lot of farmers just became multi millionaires by selling hundreds and hundreds of acres to developers building warehouses. Its a nightmare

That's what's saving me on the property behind me. They can only develop single family homes due to the no public water or sewer. So no apartments and townhouses. I do fear what happened to the house I grew up in when they developed across the street and they were digging wells. Completely trashed that well. Pretty sure the developer has to cover those issues though.

Same in my area. Alot of the of farmers either died and the family didn't want to take over the farm or they just getting too old to run the farm. My area is so over built it's crazy.

Today was a weird one. Got to work at 845 start time is 9am. Was at the shop for 10min. 1st customer pulls up door glass on a 05 Durango. Knocked that out. 930am went on the road did a windshield on a 07 Durango. Back to the shop. Sat around doing nothing till 330. Than it's like everyone came at once. Banged out 5 windshields. Got home at 715pm. Good thing about leaving late is zero traffic heading home. Normally takes me roughly 50mins. Took me 35mins today.

It helps when there 2 people doing a windshield. I have a helper. But theoretical only takes about 30mins do to a install. From cutting the window out to reinstalling a new window.
