The glass shop is in the hood so no one has nice cars. I swear I've done like 10 Acura mdx within the past week. All the cars we do is raggedy af. Alot of roofers in the area also so lots of chevy express and ford econolines.

    At least they weren't MK7 (2015+) VW GTI's

I remember people were getting windshields in those and the installers basically destroyed the car doing so o_O

Good morning. Results from my MRI say:

    Impression
    1. Medial meniscus tear.
    2. Full-thickness cartilage fissure in the medial patellar facet.
    3. Reactive marrow edema in the peripheral medial compartment with
    possible associated partial-thickness cartilage loss.
The images and findings of this examination were reviewed and approved by
    the Staff Radiologist.
    Narrative
MRI KNEE RIGHT WO CONTRAST March 07, 2024 7:46 AM
    INDICATIONS:
Pain in the right knee. No specific mechanism of injury. Concern for
    meniscal tear.
    COMPARISON:
    Bilateral knee radiographs 02/21/2024.
    PULSING SEQUENCES:
Multiplanar multisequence MRI of the right knee was performed without
    contrast.
    FINDINGS:
    MENISCI: Lateral meniscus is intact.
Horizontal undersurface tear of the body and posterior horn of the medial
meniscus. The torn inferior/undersurface fibers of the meniscal body are
irregular, with displacement into the inferior recess. No paralabral cyst.
LIGAMENTS AND TENDONS: ACL and PCL are intact.
    MCL is intact.
LCL, biceps femoris, popliteus, and iliotibial band are intact.
EXTENSOR MECHANISM AND FAT PADS: Quadriceps and patellar tendons are
intact. Medial and lateral patellofemoral ligaments are intact. Fat pads
    are normal.
CARTILAGE/OSSEOUS: No acute fracture. No marrow replacement process.
Full-thickness chondral fissure seen in the medial patellar facet with
underlying subchondral edema (series 3, image 28). Trochlear cartilage is
    intact.
Questionable partial-thickness cartilage loss of the peripheral 3rd of the
medial femoral condyle, and medial tibial plateau. Reactive bone marrow
edema in the peripheral medial tibial plateau and medial femoral condyle.
    Lateral compartment cartilage is intact.
OTHER INTRA-ARTICULAR: Trace joint effusion. No intra-articular body.
    EXTRA-ARTICULAR: Trace Baker's cyst.
Imaged musculature normal in bulk and signal.
    Soft tissues unremarkable.

Where's my gimpy knee people's? So from your experiences is it looking like just a 3 hole orthoscopic fix or full on zipper scar surgery?
Still waiting for a call back from the doctor. I'll try calling his office again today. Looking at this brace or one like it to hold me over and support my knee. I have the smaller braces for knees but they're too tightly compressing.

They aren't hard to do. Guess installers weren't skilled. Vw just have really small pinch welds.

    Stuff. Things.
When they thought it was my meniscus… that’s the close to what I had. It.. helped… but I also went through 6 braces before I got the right diagnosis and brace. That one you posted is probably the best of all I had. (Until my current one)

What is the current brace you use? There's so many online. I found that one in Target.
