Quick question for ypu gents. If the brake piston won't collapse back into the caliper does that mean it's screwed.

    Yea, pretty much... :pout:

Raybestos makes some nice new calipers you can get off Rock Auto. Picked up a set for our '14 Tacoma. Very nice units.

Some brake pistons are literally "screwed", i.e. they need to be rotated in order to retract them. I think it is when they're used as parking brakes? Look for a cable going into the caliper.

If this is the Accord he's working on, 95% sure they're standard push in pistons all around.

I wouldn’t consider that a bad thing though. So many innovative highly influential musicians are gone. I’d potentially commit a crime to see some of those guys live

is this on the Honda? is it a rear piston? They do not all compress in; many of them have a cross pattern on them and thread in.

edit: I just saw your later response. it shouldn't take a lot of force so it sounds like yours is seized.

3 out of 5 body mounts done. Valve cover gasket removed and replaced. So both are done now.

It's such a strange hue outside. Got home in time to throw on my welding helmet and look at it. Was neat for a couple seconds I guess. Needed headlights going for a beer run at 3:15 o_O

I missed it even though I was outside. I might have been under the honda when it crossed by. Fighting the rear motor mount. 1 motor mount ledt to do. I'll be doing that tomorrow.
