Morning all! Looks like it's gonna be a nice day till it isn't:rain: Glad I got the mowing in yesterday.

Found a couple hundred carpenter ants around the front of my garage near the doors. Probably took years off of my life spraying a half gallon of pesticide around. Quite literally appeared overnight, massive fuckers with wings:puke:

@about824, you should try a propane wand torch. I don't know how effective it is long term, but it's very satisfying short term

I've battled them bastards over the years , u mentioned wings, If the body is only 2 segments then probably termites, 3 segments then ants. Ants are easier to exterminate! GL.

LOL this is the nuclear option
:rofl:Bet your dogs breath smelled great after that! Can always tell when our cat ate a stinkbug, his breath smells horrible
Definitely ant. Years and years ago my parents had them nesting in their bathroom, had to rip out the whole shower to get at them. Just happy they're in the detached garage and not the actual house...yet:pray:

    Afternoon :hattip:

Decided to wash the truck despite the pollen. Wanted to wash the bug guts off the front end for the most part. Those buggers will etch the clearcoat real easy, especially since it appears the paint is super sensitive/soft. o_O

Thanks, all, for the birthday wishes.

I celebrated by getting rear ended in my truck on PA33 by Saylorsburg. I was stopped at a construction site where it went down to one lane and got plowed in to. She was moving fast enough to set off her air bags. No one hurt, fortunately. I'll know how bad my truck is tomorrow.
