I just ordered a front crank seal and an o-ring for the oil pump cover. My motor is leaking oil around that area. Anything else I should replace while I'm done there? I'll have the rad out and might as well flush the coolant too.

I sold my GSX-R and bought a trials bike. Went from super fast to super slow. If I didn’t sell that bike I was going to die on it. I cartwheeled it at 70mph and put it back together. Not a typical crash scenario, but I was more daring and faster after I crashed. Did a couple track days. Had friends that raced. At my age I have no business on a machine like that anymore. I think most people have lost public riding spots. We luckily have some property that was donated to the club. If you do have to ride places illegally, better be fast so they don’t catch ya!

as long as it is a short bed, it is supposed to fit. Let me pull up the info on it from the manufacturer to be sure.

That’s a keeper then. If the bottom end is okay, this nov-march when it gets too dark and cold for anything else, you should get it going

Sounds nice. Today at 4 my son is hosting the wide and I and his grandmother (my mother) and his MIL for a dinner and some of his in laws. Trying to get some yard work in before it rains but I'm so lazy !

How old are you. And also the reason why I went from a uncomfortable 1000rr to the ktm 890 more upright seating position and overall more comfortable. It's still has some balls but no where near as fast as my old bike. I mean shit the 1000rr can do 92mph in first gear.

Bottom end has to be gone through but it's in good shape. The top end needs to be rebuilt tho. Before it was stolen I had just put a new Hanson clutch kit in it.

I’m 44. No more go fast machines for me. I could see north of 170mph out of my 600. No need for that

Rain has stopped here. I imagine it will be stopped over PNC Park at 4 p.m. I'm anxious to see Paul Skenes make his debut. A long suffering Pirate fan needs hope.
