Keystone State Thread

Super trip so far. Made it to Silver Gate MT lastnight around 830. Our cabin we rented is only a few hundred yards from my cousin and her husbands house. They came rolling in with my mom in the back seat of their SxS. Flew her out to surprise us while we were there. Came to Red Lodge for lunch. The BearTooth Highway is incredible. Must see if you’re ever out here. Over 11k feet of elevation.

 

Happy Saturday afternoon to all! I was not called in to work today, so that means chill time and doing absolutely nothing but computer and radio.

 

Just got home from work. I'm beat supposed to work tomorrow but it's looking like a wash as of right now. If it rains we don't work. I wanted that overtime so bad. Sunday would be double time

 

And just like that...we have a Tornado watch in our area here in York Country/SE.

I need to build a fence so I can have a dog so bad... Living on this main road I got to have that in the backyard. I miss my old Red Fox Lab and want another.

 

I also live on a main road and I kinda feel bad cuz the yard that's fenced in is small. But these dogs hate being outside. They only go out to puse the bathroom. They will literally punch the door if you close it. My back deck has a gate on it cuz both dogs are runners. They get loose they gone.

Good morning all

 

I swear I must be Schleprock. the weather guy said about a 1/2 hour ago, maybe a passing shower. The skies just opened up to the point my little dog is scurrying for cover. No drought here, just grass growing.

 

Haven't you learned you can't trust the weather man. They are kinda like bosses lol. I told my boss yesterday it might be a toss up for work today. He said it's not gonna rain. Guess what it's raining right now

 

Meanwhile we got barely a slight sprinkle last night which made the humidity get to the point where all the windows fogged up on the house

 

We don't have central ac in house. Just window units I came down this morning had to be 85 in the kitchen outside temp was 75. On with the ac

 

It's 74 degrees here with about 88% humidity (outside) after the rain. Very muggy. It reminds me of the summer I spent in Miami years ago. The humidity reading inside the house is 60%, higher than I like. The dehumidifier is in the basement. I got some fan action going, to the disappointment of my wife, who never sweats and is never too hot.

 

I’m so happy Raven let me sleep in till 7 today

 

That's crazy Adam. Rained hard here last night. Just checked the rain gauge we got an inch and an eighth.
