So if u can look at my pic below, you can see what filters I have selected and what popped up is WPP price per KWh which is .08787 , then below it is other suppliers, first one is a 6 month term for .077 per KWh . That is a %12.4 discount ! Just don't forget to change back to WPP or another supplier before 6 months(term) is up. If u find a cheaper rate 2 months from now u can switch to that as well. But like Charlie's experience, don't forget to switch.

Now generally speaking the supplier charges are apx 50% of ur bill and the distribution is the other apx 50%. The distribution is fixed and the supplier or generation is shoppable and that's the part u save some money.

    DL rate .1053 per KWh
First cheapest supplier .0749 per KWh for 3 months. That's a %28.9 discount ! But don't forget to change before ur 3 months is up. 17204602247105745555746322170810.jpg

And it's as simple as switching online, you don't need to call/be on hold for 3hrs?

Correct. It's all online . U will need ur customer # , the first time u switch its a learning experience but takes me less than 5 minutes now to do. Also it seems to take a couple/few days to take affect.

That's the one that's 3 months, introductory only. I couldn't find what the rate would change to after 3 months. Were you able?

Ah, that's the pitfall, u can bet they will jack that rate up ! I just switch before term is up. They also have some 12 month terms, not as good rates .... but if u filter out " no cancelation fees" u can switch all u want...

When I searched for 12 months, that company filtered put. Here they are at 6 months. Its a few cents, as I get the Heat Pump rate from DLC. I just know the last time I used the site and got forced into that 100% renewable, that single month at that rate just about wiped out whatever savings I got. It's a good site for those who are active about their energy bills. I can note a reminder on my phone to cancel in 3 months, but I'm always worried I will forget.

Be careful, that's signs of heat exhaustion/heat stroke. I was in the ER two weeks ago with that. Drink plenty of orange juice if you can't as well, it'll help keep your blood sugar levels good. I buy the cases of smaller orange juice bottles from Sam's club and keep a couple in the cooler along with waters and snacks/pb and j's.

Thank you for that heads up. Going to also start bringing bananas with me also. I don't normally drink orange juice cuz it gives me bad heart burn.

A protein bar and the fruit. Kinda under prepared today. 4 days off will do that. I'll be better prepared Tomorrow tho.
