    My cousin apt is a 2 bedroom maybe 700sqft. Nothing special. I mean for that amount they are getting for rent. I want a nice view atleast. She's got a highway.

    Without seeing the apartment/house, I have no idea if 4,500 is justifiable. I am just pointing out, in general, that raising rent isn't entirely due to greed. That is why I can't stand hearing politicians push 'rent control,' but never mention 'property tax control.' The government needs to butt the hell out.

    Hey Matt, you wouldn't want to take a road trip to install a rear window in my 1971 Ford Torino Brougham would ya? LOL. I still need to sand down the window opening because it had a vinyl top so it still has some glue and vinyl residue on the lip, also need to grind down alittle weld from the previous (original 81 year old owner) repairing a tiny rust hole on the bottom left corner of the deck/window edge. I have a brand new seal that came with the car, I haven't messed with these style windows in decades.
