Here's the champ , but after getting it home I saw on the box the ole "lifetime warranty " so before I swap this out I sent American Standard an email inquiring.

 

6 years and 120k miles, still shines up pretty good

We were back at it again this morning at the range brother took out his sks and wasr to sight in. Got the wasr pretty much on point at 100yrd it's had/have Front sight issues. But that sks shoots soooo smooth. Probably my favorite gun to shoot so far out of all his guns. This is the only picture I took today.

Ironically I just evicted one of those buggers from my garage. Had to get a grabber and toss it in the field beside me. I'm actually waiting on the mice migration here soon. My cat probably caught 5-6 last year. Only 1 of my 4 bother to catch mice

 

Matt , I have summer grass, some is here and some is there!
Have a service call into the lawn care guys to aerate my ,awn , then I will over seed then do a rain dance.

 

I bought some new mulching blades for my mower and about to throw on the mulching kit. Mowing all the leaves down is right around the corner. Guess I'll have to lime the yard from the acidic leaves. Still better than blowing and raking

I'll be keeping a close eye on the market and interest rates going twords the Spring. At this point I'm not sure what the heck I'm gonna be able to do.

Ironically a lot of the houses I'm finding have the things at this house I don't like.

 

At least the rates are on the decline.

 

it’s not all that much the farm field ain’t mine but I got the ok from them to be able to shoot back there and my neighbor teaches CCW courses so he likes to shoot too, nice to have neighbors that don’t bother you to exercise some freedom fry launching. I can get about an 80 yard shot in from my back porch to the back stop. If I need to go longer the Millville range is 200 yards and the Cumberland rifle club is 600 yards.
