Dammit Matt, you're a hot mess!

 

I can never win. I was spraying under appliances yesterday in Applebee's and when I went to stand up straight my right leg went out instant pain in my right lower back. I sucked it up and progressed through my day but it wasn't until I laid down last night when I really started to feel it.

Good morning Matt + neighbors to the North.

What the heck did you do yesterday that may have irritated your back, Matt?

Do you sleep with a pillow in between your legs?

Sorry to get personal but...I've had back issues in the past and now do stretches to align my lower spine.

Core exercises...as little as leg raises, can help strengthen those muscles to help you sit/stand upright...also watch your slouching.

Just some suggestions for when you start to feel better.

 

Did it at work guess I i stood up the wrong way from being hunched over while spraying pesticides. Just stood up straight and my right leg went numb and the back followed felt as if I pulled something. Im used to my lower left side of my back giving out. First time my right side has given out. Worse part i did that at like 9am yesterday. Just powered through the day but last night I really started to feel it.

You went through the whole day with a kink in your back?!!!

Remind me to take a breather if I irritate my back!

 

I will add from experience, cat-cow yoga pose and child's pose have been great relievers of my lower back pain.

I am working on hip mobility because apparently that has been the cause of my lower back troubles. It's not easy, that's for sure.

Hope you get your back worked out, Matt. back pain is among the worst.
