Yes, yes, no, yes... haha really was just ready to get into a truck that will be better towing and with hoping to start a family within a few years I'll be able to easily have this paid for before I have to worry about affording kids

Truth be told, this Tacoma had almost 0 rust. I did steam Jenny the underside on a regular basis

Well no luck with any shops they're all closed. Same with most of the scrap yards. Soooo looks like I'll be driving home in 4hi.

Back in pa. Made it home. Truck was a little darty on the highway and really dogged in the hills. But I'm home. Local guy said he can retube the driveshaft with 3/16 or 1/4" pipe. So we'll see.

 

Let us know, I need either a spare, or a better one and use the stock as a limp home spair....

 

If he wants to come out to Philly I'm sure we can get done. I'm available tomorrow afternoon. There are guys closer though

I've run tiled myself out of the drywall I need to sand...

 

Only problem is no driveshaft "shops" around me and my guy can't balance them. He said they are always straight and very little vibes but the rigs he builds axles for aren't DD's. He said I'd probably be better off with 3/16 he said the extra weight from the 1/4" will give me some vibrations.
