    You mean get all 4 tires up and get it up to speed on a lift? If the shudder goes away then it's a weight issue?

    Removed carrier drop kit. No change
    Removed new battery replace with factory. No change.
    Took drive shaft out placed in 4 wheel high. No change.

    @Braves95 I have to applaud your approach to the problem by looking at ways to isolate the vibration by disconnecting or swapping items one at a time.
    Yes you can remove the rear driveshaft and carrier bearing and run on 4hi, you do not have to limit your speed to less than 50, but the front diff wasn't really designed to do 90 for long periods of time.
    @stairgod is probably correct in focusing on the rear, as you were in 2hi when you had the vibes.
    The notorious taco lean comes from the driver front having a higher percentage of the load and the passenger rear doing most of the work.
    A simple test would be to add a load to the passenger rear, say 300 to 500lbs, and see if the vibe is reduced.
    I can tell you that I have vibes that appear at different speeds depending on the weight in the Bed. At 1000lbs the vibes are nearly gone.
    Axle wrap is tough to reduce, but proper torque on the u-bolts is a great first step.

    @Braves95, out of curiosity, do you have clickers on your coilover? If so, set the driver to max and passenger to half and see the results.

    No if things are that bad just having all 4 wheels off the ground if it is in the drive train at all you should feel be able to feel it by moving things by hand

    Same with the Suspension or steering

    Then some of the road surfaces are so bad it feels like the wheels are falling off

    I have seen the aftermath of people putting vehicles in gear on jack stands not pretty at all.

    Has anyone else felt this might be all it takes One persons vibration

    I wanted jack the truck up (the alignment rack has Jacks on it to bring the front and rear up). But he said he didn't feel 45-50 on that he wasn't comfortable with that.
    And it's not a constant vibe. It more of a rotation vibe.

    That could end badly.

    I'm sure it's a long shot but you could look to see if you lost any tire weights. I doubt that's it but it's easy to check.

    Yep that's what we are going to do tomorrow. Had to walk away and take a break. Going to take each tire and put on balance machine and see if the tire is balanced. Looking at other bumper option if any.
    @Blackout14 does @Mobtown Offroad make a hitch for the front? Seeing if I can get a mount for the winch then I can slide it on the receiver. This way I can move the winch around. Or do u think that's a waste?

    If a tire weight came off will it vibrate the steering wheel as well? I have no vibration in the steering wheel.

    Going to take tires off tomorrow. Put on balance machine without taking any weights off. Spin and see what happens. Rebalanced if need to. Rotate them.and drive. See what happens.

    Yea but I be seen it where the tire doesn't look bad but it is worn "funny"/worn out of round or something . And when I put the tire back to its original position before rotation it's fine , no vibrations

    Anybody ever do a rear wheel bearing? I thought my seal was leaking because it appeared to be wheeping oil into the drum. But when I put my third member in yesterday I found a spring from a seal in my rear end. And the driver side bearing had some dirt/rust in it. It's not making any noise and there is no play. But in two weeks I have a good trip planned and don't want to be stuck on the side of the road somewhere. Pressing the old one off and the new one on concerns me. I found this.     If you found the spring from the seal that is most likely the cause of the leak.i would put a seal in and be done with it.But if you are worried pull the axle,head to your local machine shop,or old fashioned auto parts store that still that kinda work and have them press the bearing for you. in my experience most places would be in the $20-$30 range.
