    yeah dude you did the right thing. If he got 2 months behind on me, I would have warned him, and then if he got 3 months behind, I would have kicked his ass out. He should be lucky you gave him that long. Hope he'll eventually pay you back too.

    I did the same thing about 6 months ago. it was ugly for a while but we are good friends again.
