Does anyone have any experience with the shallow mount 10" Kicker sub? Also, I'm looking for a Kicker sub amp with around 300-400 watts. What would you recommend? Thanks in advance.

I have the kicker shallow 12" with a kicker 400/1 mono amp I like the amp but the swallow sub seems to not be able to hit the lows a normal 12 can hit i dont know how the 10 would be though?

Do you think it's because of the speaker design, or simply because it's a shallow mount.

Not a big audio guy so not sure it could be the box as well its a kicker made box for the sub but its pretty small to fit behind the rear seats? I would like to hear someones JL13.5 slim sub thinking of upgrading to that.

Running kicker 10tvct10 (shallow sub) sub box with alpine mrp500 amp and sub sounds good to me.Pump up the the volume and it puts out.Sounded a lot better after a couple of months or so.Dont know if had to be broken in or what

TTT. I gotta order the speakers and amp today. Any advice on which amp to get? I need something compact.
