Looking for "power antenna" output, for turning on the amplifiers (blue wire), but recall that the 2020 radio is different than previous models, and the majority of this string is pre 2020.

with the lack of a power antenna connection, you'll need an ignition powered wire.

the disadvantage here is that it will turn the amp on with the truck, where the power antenna wire only turns on with the radio. so if you ever shut off the radio and use the truck, the amp will still be powering up. but there's really no other way to do it with the factory radio lacking an internal output for it's on-mode.

some LOC's can be purchased with an auto-on mode that uses the audio signal to generate an amp on-trigger, but mileage varies on those.

to update my search for " Power antenna" trigger, for turning on the amps, I powered up the head unit on my 2020 without Navi, and probed every pin on the two main music and power connectors (used and un-used pins of the head unit), hoping to find a pin that was +12v when the radio was on, and zero or ground when radio was turned off via the power button. No good. It seems that the statement I found on another forum is correct, and that this head unit does not have an amplifier or power antennal output circuit. I am using Ign, to trigger my amplifiers (blue wire).
