Trust me, I understand this very clearly

I'm not saying I'm perfect, but I KNOW what I'm doing...doesn't mean I wont slip up...but when it comes to levels of force...I don't have the lack of patience or anger levels that typically cause the slip-ups

Before you kids think about doing anything, OP you need to realize you came up VERY lucky in this situation, I think you kinda know that by now. Don't put yourself in that situation again and you won't have to figure out a way to "react" without the thought of legal action behind you.

If you find yourself in the situation again, use your camera phone and take a video of it in case there's damage. If there's not, YouTube that bad boy and publicly show how he looks like a complete jackass on the internets (get it?)

I've been in situations where I've been very lucky that no one was hurt and my life would have been drastically changed had it not been for a few inches or the right angle, etc...

A cooler head always wins. I think Tigerfan is kinda being brash but its for good cause. Sometime kids need a good yellin.. I hope you get the lesson and you don't need jail time or prison time to figure that out.

Settle your hormones down and think straight or he'll win in the end.

You should go ask your dad for his opinion on your actions. If you have a hard time asking him, there is probably a good reason for that.

Was there any particular reason said ass-hat was jumping in the bed of your truck? Jealous he drives a Yugo? Penis envy? Trying hard to impress a 7yr. old? Personally I'm not saying what you did was right or wrong, just curious as to why he was doing it in the first place.
