Are you kidding me, that bigger kid was obviously the one trying not to fight. You can only get pushed so far before you have to stand up for yourself. The mother should be ashamed of herself for demanding an apology when her son was obviously the aggressor.

Un freakin' believable. Seriously lady, helloooooo!?!? Reminds me of the mall lady who texted and tumbled into the water fountain, she complained about mall security not getting immediate help for her, and one of them was fired. Total BS. No wonder why the government is trying to protect people from themselves. Thanks a lot.

I say: be responsible for your actions, and for their consequences. Ignorance of "the law" (karma?) does not give you immunity! But somehow I think the bully will probably keep picking on others, maybe not quite as bad tho.

 

Damn I'm never one to give props to a fat kid but that was awesome! $20 says he has a promising career in the WWE! If not at least we now know who his father is.

i was the biggest kid in my schools(6'5 300+), and even in high school i got into trouble for fights i did not start..principal would tell me "because you are bigger, you have to show restraint with smaller kids" i did not agree with him, but kids who are stupid, have stupid parents, and they threaten with lawsuits.

 

Wow. That was intense. That little prick deserved that for sure.

 

all though its effed up, the bigger kids lucky he didnt go to jail/juvie. at my school even if you don't fight back, and just take an ass whoopin, or if you try to help break up a fight. you go to jail. no questions asked, do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars.

hell last year i was getting texts from another student saying he and his boys were going to jump me in the halls. when i showed an administrater he said well if he does youre both going to jail, and that he doesnt seem like hes the type of guy to fight and that i instigated it. I actually got in trouble for mumbling i guess i have to fight back then...

 

What?! Now way you'd go to jail for NOT fighting back. That school has another thing coming if they think they can get away with that crap. You know what that says? "You're going to jail no matter what, so you mind as well make it extra bloody and beat the hell out of each other." What a good job schools are doing now.

 

Somebody just told me today that the parents of the bully are trying to sue the parents of the bigger kid!!! Does anyone know if this is true?? If so, its people like the bullies parents that make this world such a shitty place to live in.

It's commonly called "Short guy Syndrome" (IIRC) by psychologists, my mother has a masters in psych. People who aren't secure with themselves do 2 different things when they come across bigger or larger people. 1) Make friends with them and be extra nice, or 2) see them as a threat and attempt to make sure they know your not a threat to them. I'm 6'6" and 210 and in pretty good shape, been dealing with #2 morons my whole life. I'd say I see about 80% of people who meet me do this, most of them being in the "overly nice" catagory. I think its a subconcious thing, most people probably don't even realize their doing it.

Edit: Drunk morons at bars are horrible for trying to fight me simply because I was present. It's annoying as f*ck.

Not a fan of violence, but this kid is my hero. He did what he had to do to make it stop, and glad the bully got it. We all have been there at some point in our lives, thats why the whole world is standing up for him. And that little punk says Casey started it before the video. Well shitty friends you have cause they only recorded the part where you were punching him. Little slimy puke! And I hope there is justice in Australia and that little shits parents don't get a dime!! How come a 12 year old has a ring in his eyebrow anyway? Rant off....

i just watched the actual video...that was amazing. The big kid took a punch to the face and didnt even do anything!?!?!? Then that skinny fvck just kept going...and got absolutly wrecked! It was hilarious watching him stand up and stumble away like he did 20 spins on a baseball bat.

If i was the bullied kids dad i would be so proud!
