    Actually, they aren't too bad. DSS is the higher end for sure. But I have now purchased two one piece driveshafts for my truck. A steel one, that was for the stock transmission, that I used when lifted and lowered. Then an aluminum one that i have now for the T56 swap that I did. It is about 8-9 pounds lighter than the steel one. The steel one is around less than half the weight of the factory two piece.

    I have no use for it any more though, so it sits in my garage......waiting for the day that someone will want it. Lol.

    I paid about $450 for the steel one. Just under $500 for the Aluminum one. $300 cheaper than the ones from DSS, for Aluminum.

    S7ICK, dude, your truck is evolving beautifully. Getting quite the list of admirers, including me. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
