    Howsit S7ickivan, I'm about to instal my URD TCAI like yours, on the cut out pattern for where the pipe comes around and in front of the radiator, does it need to be that big. It looks like it leaves a lot of extra space. I was wondering if I could get away with a tighter fit? What do you think?

    You can make the cut out smaller. I didn't want interference and wasn't quite sure how much of a cut out would be required to get the assembly to fit straight. If you look at a lot of the installs the filter sits canted. I wanted the install to look clean as possible.

    One thing to take into consideration is that if you're charge tube is contacting the rad support it will likely squeak and definitely chafe the powdercoat off. If anything, I would've cut out more at the top and less at the bottom.
