I only read the first page of this thread. I'm limited on internet right now because of my reception around here, but I WILL say, just based on the first page alone (seeing that there are 10 more pages ensuing, that this thread is full of win!

Obviously those kids parents didn't whip that ass enough for him to understand the difference between right and wrong. Then again, no matter what you do as parents, kids will be kids. Destruction of belongings that are not yours is common for kids. I'm pretty sure many of us were guilty of it as some point. Lol.

Sorry you had to deal with this show of fuckery OP.

I was being sarcastic. I'm not an extremist who thinks the govt is trying to control the masses, but I do believe in the 2nd Amendment and, right now, the US government is trying to restrict gun and ammunition rights to "curb violence." What the idiots on Capitol Hill don't realize is that criminals don't obey the law! Crack is illegal and people still buy and sell it everyday. People who don't get it usually start with, "Well, why do you need an AR-15?" Well, if the police, military and criminals can have them, so can I; that's not to say that I believe that citizens should be able to own every weapon the military does. There's no legitimate need for anyone to own a rocket launcher. But, an AR15 "assault rifle " is simply a semi-automatic .223 and is no more dangerous than a semi-automatic hunting rifle.

Next, as I said, I'm not an extremist, but I am prepared for the extreme. Anyone with an internet connection or a television is seeing what the thugs are doing in Ferguson, MO; if the thugs here in GA decide to do it, they're not going to be stealing any of my shit because they're going to get shot. I'm not willing to rely on the police or military to protect me from a riot because that's foolish because they simply don't have the man-power. I feel much more confident protecting myself. I'm very grateful for the police, but I'm not going to sit and wait for them to solve my problems.

A lot of people who haven't grown up in a pro-gun society, think guns are scary and the reason there are so many problems in the world, but anyone with a brain can look at the demographics, which show that the more pro-gun a society is, they lower the crime-rate is.

Because our elected officials are only human. They occasionally need to be reminded that they work for the people. We do this through a democratic election process and separation of powers in the government. But, that process doesn't always work. And it seems that in the past half a century or more the system is breaking down. So we either fix the system, revolt or fade into serfdom.

Interesting articles , I did find you first article difficult to follow though , so I looked at a few more examples

    http://www.theguardian.com/news/datablog/2012/jul/22/gun-homicides-ownership-world-list

I find it funny how prevelant the view is by people that grew up in a " pro-gun " society that people that didn't are scared of guns which is their basis for their obvious backwards thinking about their role in society , ie " fairy ass gun laws "

I never used the term "fairy ass gun laws." I have no problem with places that choose to have more restricted gun laws. Not every country has the same history and it just so happens that, with America's history, guns played a huge role in it, so they're valued a lot (to some people). As for states and countries that don't value gun rights as much as I do, I simply choose not to live there.

I never said you used that term , and I wasn't implicating you with my post , it was a general observation with an example from this thread

Ya had some kids do that to me when I was in the hood couple years back, I blasted my JEEP though a yard without a fence into the neighborhood where they ran and followed them home. Their dad came out asked what the problem was and was pissed, I know he beat their ass for it, better him than me since I have no soft spot for punishment.
