Yeah. Since I got to see the rebate form before I made the purchase, I had the cashier ring them up two per purchase so I would get 2 receipts with 2 on each one.

I changed my oil and all other fluids earlier this week.

And of course I had to use Mobil 1 and paid cash and threw away the receipt :frusty::frusty:

    Good talk.

Just go buy another two so you have it for next time. No real reason not to.

Thanks - but no thanks to rebates you mail in.

Costco puts it on sale many times throughout the year. No silly rebate form needed.

Been burned too many times by mail-in-rebates that never showed up.

    And as said before.....

    F.....Walmart and especially F..... mail-in-rebates.

You let me know when I can walk into Costco & get 5qts of Mobil1 100% synthetic for ~$10 & I'll be sure to stock up. Until then just keep paying $25+ for 5qts & stop thread crapping because nobody here cares that you don't like rebates.

Seriously, 59 posts since 2010 & you felt the need to knock the cobwebs off the keyboard to share that worthless thought with everyone?

Thanks Jer! It was listed at 25.17 at the store nearby, I let them know a friend purchased it for 22.18 (now I reread your post and it's actually 22.88, d'oh!) and they price matched it. so I purchased 4x 5 gallon jugs. will mail in rebates on all of them. comes out to like $2.03 a qt. not bad

Cool. Glad it's helping out a few people even though there are a few turds in the punch bowl.

    I know :anonymous:

I just paid $60 for an oil change with tax at toyota for mobile 1. Not too bad. I can't change my oil at our new place  apartment living can suck it. Something about oil leaking into the water source and contaminating everyones water?...

Well my jug of 0W-20 wasn't on sale any longer, but $25.17 is still cheaper than 5 QT bottles would be at the Base Exchange, even with tax. Plus the base is always out of 0W-20 anyway. I'll take the time to fill out a rebate form for $12.00, shit yeah! :D
