I currently have dobinsons front and rear with the 2 inch lift dobinsons leafs. I’m being told I don’t need the 121ext model of
King rear shock that the 121 will work as well on this set up. Does anyone have any insight on this?

Ext kings only extend an extra 5/8”. In either case the shock is the limiting factor in the rear suspension so no you don’t need them.

If you want better travel in the rear, save your pennies and do an @ARCHIVE shock relocation and put some 12”-14” shocks back there.
