    Too many to list
I just purchased a 17 sr5 4wd. I have a pair of king extended travel coilovers from my old truck and I called king and they said out of the box they should be around 2" of lift. I want to put them on the new truck with out upper control arms and set them at the lowest adjustment. Will I need uca's or can I do it without? If not I'd rather just sell them and do a easy 2/1 lift with 265's. I'm not trying to go 285's again...

I think you can have it rebuilt for standard travel; it's just a washer/spacer.

Does having this extended travel setup mean you HAVE to be at a certain ride height?

You will need aftermarket UCA's or you can have it rebuilt to standard travel. No matter what ride height you are at, the coilover will still droop the same and you risk binding the stock UCA's.

    ^ This.

If you had the standard travel King's you'd be fine with the stock UCAs at ~2" of lift. Being extended travel you'll destroy the stock ball joints pretty quickly.
