Guess I will crank them up a bit over kill like 12-15 turns on the bench with spring compressor, install and let them settle for a week and then crank them down on the truck since everyone says cranking them up sucks on the truck. We going to try the other direction....pics to come with install soon.

^^^ Thank you and great look ride!!

I'm guessing my 700lb coils may not have the lean if i set them equal?

Depends on the set up. 700lb coils should eliminate that situation all together if go equal

yea, i think I'm just going to over set them like 12-14 turns then after it settles, should be easier to unload them to level the truck rather than trying to crank them up higher after the fact.

initial pre-load set, about 1" of threads exposed, approx 10-11 threads. Time to install and see what we achieve.

maybe I will wait a week when I install my new 285's then do my alignment at work in one shot. That way I'm good to go for some time after c/o's settle a bit. thanks for the heads up

Per say according to Kings: 4 exposed threads equal 1/2" of lift.

My pic since everyone is posting there's: 650 lbs springs with adjusters

BTW I have the Headstrong spacer for the taco lean. 2.5" of lift in the front

i set both mine at about 10-11 threads showing, not seeing any lean yet, maybe its the heavy springs.......Steering also feels alot lighter since removing sway bar, or just my imagination......

I work at a BMW dealer (special tool), was almost able to turn collar by hand after squishing the spring down. Worked perfect
