These were used in my 2000 4Runner. I had them bumped and strapped and have never jumped my truck. Only rock crawling and alpine forest roads. I have had them apart and replaced all seals and fluid. I replaced the spherical bearings at that time as well. I live in Colorado where they have started using crap on our roads in the winter. So theses are not as shiny as they used to be. They do perform as good as ever and were a tremendous improvement over the bilsteins I ran before. I have one off the truck now and the other will be this morning. Pics to be posted at lunch...I do have a jug of King shock oil that u can have but I don't know if I can legally mail it or not.
    $750.

You can ship the oil, just label the box H2O. 72% of the time it works every time.

The coil on the right I have washed and cleaned up some. The coil on the left has not been cleaned. The mag chloride here did a number on the bodies.

My limit straps were running the lower hats I was unaware of.
    image_334_9bf8722ec634cc33df51a3627c838ade7614548b.jpg

Something else I found is that when removing the passenger side two of the top bolts sheared off. So I will need to either replace the top hat or machine out the holes. If someone is replacing too hard anyhow I suppose it wouldn't matter. So now knowing what I k ow about them I'll adjust the price and entertain reasonable offers.
    Thanks for looking

removing those broken studs is an easy fix. All it takes is a drill or small impact with one of those specialty bits that are designed to remove broken bolts/screws.

I've worked on ships for many years and the best method is drill out the bolt or stud to the largest diameter possible and then use an easy out which in my experience has never been easy. The more you e done the better one becomes at extracting broken bolts or studs. Plenty of Aerokroil or PB Blaster. Make sure you don't break the drill bit in the stud or bolt your extracting or your day will get 100x's worse. I'd honestly take it to a shop with the proper tools and have them deal with it for a small fee.

Still available, holes have been drilled out and re tapped. Although it didn’t come out perfect they are mounted in my 4runner and operate fine. Price lowered to $550+shipping

How do you think the ride would be on an 01 Pre? I have stock now, thinking about 5100’s. Very little off-roading, lots of driving though so I don’t want a harsh ride.

No pre runner trim, no mud flaps,no step ups,I do have the Deck plate though. Kings @ 0 and 5100's in rear. stock leafs. Total chaos UCA.
I came from 5100 and it was the best thing I ever did to my truck.
