Mobbing through the desert at full speed isn't the only reason to go long/mid travel.

I just wanted a bit of extra wheel travel for wheelin'/rock crawling. So the extended travel non-resi shocks will do me just fine. If you have a few extra hundred bucks to spare, sure, might as well get the resi's, but it's not always "necessary", and for me would have been a waste of money.

So, the type of driving the OP intends on doing is important...

I didn't realize the OEM replacement didn't have Resi options. I know king can build whatever you want

I’m sure you can get pretty much any length you want, like you say, their website just isnt that user friendly. I remember billy having a whole list of their “semi custom” lengths (1” increments).

I’ve had a hard time finding Kings (to match my mid travel fronts) on most websites; looking for ones that fit a 1-3” lift. They have “oem performance” series, but seeing as how I have a lift, those likely won’t work.

I’ll have to wait until I get my rear springs, and then start taking measurements to see what lengths I need.

Yes, King does make 1st gen front coilovers with resis. I know of a few people on here that have them, @snowboard704 is one of them.

King will make them for you, just call them (like mentioned, their website leaves a lot to be desired). Or I think you can order them through Downsouth Motor Sports.
