I am having problems finding SAW shafts for a shock rebuild. I know the King 7/8th rod ends will work on the SAW 7/8ths shafts but will the valves Saw vales bolt to the top of the King shaft. I measured 1 1/2 inches by 1/2 inch on the top end of SAW shaft but do not have a King shaft to compare. If any one has done this OR has one laying around and could measure that would be a big help.

    Stuff and junk and things...
IF the OAL matches you will have to run a King piston and valving. 5/8 post on the king vs 1/2 on SAW. I can't remember if the ID of the bodies were close enough to exchange the pistons.

It might be time to scrap those very old SAW's.
