I'll get you pricing on the King items in the morning. You'll need to get pricing on all other items from DSMS.

This thread pretty much helped me decide. Not to dissuade anyone, because to each his own of course. But I'm not quite ready to dive in to long travel. Understood that there is some maintenance with the UCA's, but read this and figure I'm good without them ... for now.

Dude, extended travel coilovers is not long travel suspension.

You'd be making a mistake not getting the extended travel coilovers with the uniball UCA's your getting. Extended travel coilovers were made to take advantage of the little extra droop you can get from the aftermarket UCA's.

Extended travel leaves nothing to lose: same price, no extra maintenance or hardware. If you're getting UCA's as it is then why NOT get extended shocks to utilize the capability?

Edit: dont want to sound condescending up there but do honestly want to know why NOT get extended?

@YodasTaco Your reading the wrong thread. You should be reading this mid travel thread: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/mtbs-2-0.410188/

Extended travel and long travel aren't the same thing.

Extended travel is a description/property of a shock that has slightly more extended length than stock.

Long travel for the front is an entire front suspension system using longer-than-stock control arms.

Thanks for the clarification and advice dudes! I'll read up a bit more and see if I can change up my order. It's a big investment and want to make the right decision. Much appreciated.

Gents on the left is a MT setup with extended Kings and UCAs and LCAs. On the right is a LT setup, with kit and LT coilovers (16"x600lbs coils).

Went a little fitting happy with that mid travel I might say, what is that on the shock, 2 x 90 degrees? Might as well just use fittings the entire way, no tube needed. Still, it's a little short. LT looks nice, maybe a 45 or 90 on the RR though.

It's the angle dude not the damn coilovers. Plus both pictures where taken with it off the ground. Why don't you look a little closer next time.

God damn, not a happy camper at 7 am in North Carolina are you. Didn't mean to offend you or your truck, just pointing out that it looks like there are a couple more fittings than I expected. I also stated your LT looks nice but pointed out ironically it looks to me like it may need another fitting. Please don't be the one to close a GB thread before it ends because you have "beef" with me because I simply pointed out an observation. And good morning to you too.

No beef man. I was just posting a picture of those that were talking LT and MT coilovers can see the difference. And what fittings are you talking about?

I appreciate it because I've been trying to find a pic with the extended top cap and raised spring plate and you came through on that. In your MT pic, on the shock you have 2 90 degree fittings, unless i'm seeing things and a 45 and 90 degree fitting on the RR's. Just confusing why you didn't go with a longer hose instead. And the LT looks good though i was stating that the angle on the tube closest to the RR is almost or is a 90 degree bend, all i stated was it was ironic that one setup had more than what was needed fittings and the other LT setup could benefit from one of the extras on the MT.
