Jacking your truck up in the garage will not compress your coilovers. The truck is too light. You need to actually run your truck up a ramp or something. Not use a jack. It will not work.

How does running it up a ramp increase the weight of the truck? Elevated tire is elevated tire. If I'm wrong please explain it to me, I'm just going off of all my physics and engineering classes I took in college.

It doesn't increase the weight of the truck but you can put more of the truck's weight on one tire by flexing it up. This is the same reason why you take the coilover out to cycle your suspension to check clearance.

I think I understand what you're saying now. So run it up until the other tire lifts off?

Like this, you can't flex the front enough to stuff the tire and compress the coilover in your garage with a jack.

Ok. I think I know a place I can do that. I'll try it out tomorrow. Thanks again for the help. And I just started a build thread so I can move this there if I need to.

Don't get too down on yourself.. they sent me the wrong rear shocks. I ordered the shocks with click adjusters and got the ones without

Got my extended travel adjustable Kings and Dakar leafs installed over the weekend ! Been only a few days, and still playing around with the settings, and letting it settle, but rides much better. May have to tweak the ride height up front a bit due to some rubbing on my 285/70/17s. Thanks @Downsouth Motorsports for the deal and the OP for setting this up ! And thank you Jason @Speed Freek . If you need work done in the SD/So Cal area, Jason does great work, is solid and straight up. I'll definitely be going back to him for any mods on my Taco I need done.IMG_0795.jpg

    afternoon guys,
so another Thursday and only a few orders.. this is a king issue but I apologize for all your delays.
I just got off the phone with mike eads the VP at king, he claims that they will have the reservoir brackets Wednesday or Thursday of next week, start packaging and boxing orders and should have everything complete the following week.
that being said we did get a bunch of partial orders today, so along with the complete orders I received today I will be shipping everything I have so that you at least have something.
everything shipping today with get an email with tracking.
I will keep you all posted as I get any more info from king.
