Hey tw has any of you had problem with king coil overs leaking oil? I was under my truck the other day and saw that the seals are leaking on the shocks. I've inly had them about a year and a half. Maybe 20k mikes in them. No off roaring what so ever just highway miles

If you dont keep the shafts clean of debris you can gall the finish leading to micro tears in the seals which would then leak oil. Driving down the freeway with bugs hitting it and rocks and gravel thrown up by other vehicles. Most offroad teams rebuild their shocks after each race because of this. Buy a seal kit and rebuild them. Its a good thing to know how to do.

Hmmm it's my dd so I'm not too sure if I wanna try to get into that unless it's super easy. Anyone change the seals before? I'm scared as soon as I take it apart I can imagine little bits and pieces flying every where

Do you know of a place to charge up the nitrogen 200-300 psi? Can also use argon (from a TIG welding station).

If you can deal with the downtime, you can send the shocks to King or a retailer like DSM to be rebuilt.

Local motorcycle shops have Nitrogen regulators that go that high
