    Idk if there is a way to remedy it for bigger purchases. Too many stories of people getting the short end of the stick.

    I think the hard part for our situation was, there was a 3 middle men daisy chained before getting to King and over multiple states. On top of no one being able to vouche for you/Mocha beside Gary, whom sounded like he hadn't ordered from you yet.

    I wasn't too worried cause I know my CC company will back me but got a little bummed when the GB almost failed. I think one of the best things you could do is what you're already doing, building reputation. TW is active like a family and protects the good ones. There's a lot of readers like me who don't post often too, a quick search tells us your history/rep.

    Thanks for staying in the fight for this one :thumbsup:

    I was interested and requested details but never received them. I am new to TW so maybe I don't understand how these GBs work.

    We are in with King so we can start pushing orders through asap, just let me know. Even the crazy stuff like custom colors. Somebody order a set of the 3.0s so I can live vicariously through you.

    Ok, then I guess I need to get on King's website and get you P/N's for what I need and quantities to get a quote?

    @Rowan11b

    Any updates on shipping and invoices? I knew coming in that this would take a while, but the lack of communication is getting really frustrating. I paid over 3 weeks ago, and the only updates I've seen are in this thread. No email confirming my order, what the process is going forward, or when I could have any expectation of receiving my order.

    5 weeks as of a few weeks ago. Dealing with long lead times at king. I take it you're who emailed me? I let Chris know to get you the email he sent everyone else awhile back, I sent them everyone's information but I guess some wires got crossed.

    Yep, that was me. Like I've said, a long lead time was expected. What wasn't expected was a lack of communication from Mocha after they got my money. There seems to be a lot of crossed wires in this deal.

    Thank you for trying to get that communication happening.
