    I have a Wusthof 10" Chef knife that is pretty nice but it doesn't compare to my others.
    I have J.A. Henckels Miyabi 5000s series Gyutoh 200mm, Santoku 180mm, and a Shotoh paring knife. These are by far the best knives i've used. They weren't very cheap but they'll last.
