    Greetings All,

So it would seem I am in need of replacing both of the knock sensors in my 2002 3.4L V6, and this is a repair I have never attempted before. There seems to be decent enough walk-throughs and videos online but I wanted to reach out to the professionals (a.k.a you lot) to get some advice, hints and perhaps words of caution on the subject.
-I have yet to order the sensors and wiring harnesses, obviously I'm looking for OEM or equivalent but wanted to see if ya'll have any suggestions.
-Should I plan on gasket replacements while in there?
-Any specific issues anyone has run into when doing this replacement?

Any and all advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated, I thank everyone in advance!

I just did mine last week both sensors and harness, I went with rock auto sensors and changed every gasket I could find, same with cleaning fuel injectors and getting new o rings, new washers. I had codes for both sensors and after I changed them and the harness I don't have any more codes. there's penalty of YouTube videos with all the torque values and part numbers you'll need too. Good luck
