Knocking and shuttering coming from front end

    2009 Toyota TRD sr5 4x4
    Spacer lift kit 33" MT Tires
    I have a 2009 Tacoma 4x4 manual shift. When coming to a stop the truck starts shutting in the front under 25 mph. When I brake and come to a stop I can here knocking in the front end. There is no sound while driving, and 4x4 seems to be working fine. I have new hubs and bearings, and just replace axles thinking that may be the problem.
