I recently bought a pre-owned 2017 Tacoma back in 2020 with 41k miles on it and I haven’t had any complaints, recently I’ve been noticing this knocking/banging sounds within the area of the front driver wheel suspension area and it feels like someone is hitting the area where my left foot would be at. I took a video clip of the sound.

Check for broken/missing plastic tabs that hold the plastic wheel well liners in place. They're known to snap off letting the liners flap in the breeze.
