How does the knuckle exchange work ? Buy a set and return the ones on my truck after they are installed ?

Absolutely. I add a core charge that is fully refundable once I get your OEM set back. There is no time limit for you to exchange the set out.

PM sent. It fluctuates a little based upon steel cost and availability as well.

Two more sets rolling out. How do I know the OEM core exchanges aren’t bent? Great question. I place the machined surface on a certified flat granite slab to check the neck against a known OEM straight knuckle. Check out the second and third pictures below to tell the difference. Only a couple degrees of variance will show. Pics of the variance are from one my mentors that showed me what right looks like.

Will do. They are installed. Very beefy. Two notes I have.

First, there is no way these will fit any stock backspacing as advertised. I have 5.29" backspace and the clearance is razor thing, not even joking. It won't hit, but they are freakishly close. The most backspacing available on stock wheels is the 17x7.5 +30mm offset Sport wheels. This is 5.50" backspacing. Not an issue for me as I will only go less backspacing from here.

Second, I had to add a sway bar drop kit to get it to work with my particular setup. YMMV.

Otherwise great gussets. Super beefy and look great. I would say ideally no more than 5.00" backspacing for enough clearance for peace of mind.

Here are some on a 2017 TRD OR, the wheels are SCS. No issues on swaybar.

I don’t have any pics with stock wheels and no spacer. I am going to mock up a setup in my shop
    and take some measurements.

Here are the modeling and a mockup in the shop on a stock wheel.

Yup. Toight like a tiger. It does work, but man very little clearance. SCS wheels are generally more negative offset so clearance is all good. I'm telling you, no possible way these would fit on a stock 5.50" backspace....but again that is only on the Sport wheels. Every other stock config is good to go.

That is good feedback, thank you for that. Pretty familiar with 2nd gen stock wheels and the modeling was an OR IIRC. Get pics up when you get it all setup!
