15 amp is in front of headlights relay. Do lights stay on if you plug to 10amp H-LP RH LO with lights turned off.

Again, I would temporarily hook this thing up to a known good 12V power source (aka the battery) and see if the damn thing works, before anything. I am skeptical in a lot of this niche' market no name product, especially electronics.
The worst that happens is you waste 2 minutes, but if it’s bad, you saved hours of D’n re wiring jobs.

fyi, i've been running into a lot of 12v gear for the past few years, black is +12v, and red is wired to ground... i'm not saying that's the case here, only that assuming that red=+12v, and black=ground is no longer a correct assumption anymore.

I wanted to give a quick update here. I double checked all of the connections to the wiring, and after fiddling with it, I got the lights to actually work correctly. My original wiring job was correct. I ended up using the 10amp fuse that connects the 10amp H-LP RH LO. Once plugged in, and making sure all of the wires were correctly in place, and that the add a fuse was seated properly, the thing works. I did ask my boss for advice about this since he has his degree in Electrical Engineering. I wanted to make sure that I got good info from a reliable source. For all of the people who were genuinely helpful on here, thank you. I appreciate all of the time and input you gave. See attached pic for reference.

How are red lights on the front of the truck even legal? Besides I'm assuming they are not in anyway.

Get electrical diagrams. Some of the circuits are activated by control units and there is a rick to burn them.

Most likely not legal, there are boatloads of overseas products flooding in that doesn't meet spec for their intended market, and loads of people buying them, that doesn't care, so it continues.

OP- What was the fix? The original post stated it was hooked up “correctly” but not functioning as intended?

P.S.- Electrical engineers are smart(Family of engineers), but TW has plenty of people fixing issues without the degree(bc they actually utilize the FSM or heed warning from other members).
Remember this is a Forum, people will help you out IF you listen to advice and don’t get BH.

P.P.S.- electrical additions to this platform can cause many issues, as the ECM monitors signal strength to each sensor…any deviation in that signal strength(high or low) will throw a code…think halogen light to LED upgrade(rapid blink), diff elect pull required for each bulb(10-12v VS 2v), can throw codes in the system if not correctly diode’d. The “cheap” grill LEDs are notorious for issues(not correctly wired for load/vibration), thus throwing a code for an electrical system issue. Any deviation from the factory(splice kits/fuse add-ones) are a crap shoot, i would recommend a controller for all electrical accessories.
