2001 Tacoma pre runner 4cylinder 2wd

I have a 2001 Tacoma pre runner - 4 cyl 2wd and a cv axel .. and I'm trying to find U -joints for the drive shaft . The universal u joints don't fit. I have a koyo u joint KC1719DL is The only thing I can find as far as the part number does anyone know where I can get this part question

Did you ever figure it out? I'm having the same issue right now, 2004 Toyota Tacoma prerunner, exact same part number on these ujoints. Cant find anything to match up, dealer doesn't know smh.....new driveshaft is too much! lmk
