Kph to Mph on Joying head unit Launcher

I purchased a joying head unit and installed carwebguru pro. I noticed that all the launchers I’ve seen with speed on them are in kph. Does anyone know if there’s a way to change kph to mph?

I use the AGAMA car launcher and to change kph to mph is in the settings (lower right hand corner) on the app itself. I've attached a picture with the pass codes for the Joying head unit if you need to check or change something on the head unit. Also, there is a thread for the Joying head unit here on TW.
