    K so for a while I was claiming to have a pelfreybilt ifs skid (which I did just not on the truck), well it's now official! Finally got around to installing skid & replacing the factory one.

    Great group of guys at AOAA. You will enjoy yourself. We ran greens and blues on the west side (same side as the campground) I can tell you we slammed down on the skids 6-8 times and used the sliders a couple of times. A lot of the trails were so tight we had to run with our mirrors pulled in. The East side is more open I hear and wasn’t quite as rough. Either way you’ll have a blast

    in preperation for my first offroad outing @ the 3rd annual aoaa trail meet I cleaned out bed & temporarily strapped spare to tool box. removed tailgate to prep & touch up @Mobtown Offroad tailgate plate as its seen some better days! lol
    also got a free matching spare. It's a 245 & I have 265s. so gotta eventually swap tires on spares.

    put on my new trailer hitch to mount a recovery point for the trip. just gotta get a hitch pin & fire extinguisher. then finalizing cb radio wiring. & well be ready other then packing everything up.
