    Day I brought her home

First thing was to get rid of the chrome grille and add the topper. Decided to go with a black SR grille initially.

    More to come...

Next up was a Yakima Slimshady awning and Kuat Mini Skinny rack. I have a Yakima Skybox 12 I was planning to run alongside the Kuat rack, but never ended up putting it on. Eventually, I ended up removing the Kuat as well.

Also added a Bedrug to save some pain on the knees.

Next up was new wheels and tires. I was torn between the TRD Pro SEMA wheels and some SCS Ray 10s, but the availability of the SCS helped me make the decision.

I also ended up going with the Cooper S/T Maxx over Duratracs or K02s.

In addition to the new wheels, I chose to go with some black lugs and wheel locks.

So far I am pleased with my decision to go with the Icon. I haven't had a chance to spend too much time on the trail yet, so that could change over the next couple months.

Yeah that will definitely tell if its really good or 50/50. The only thing I was afraid of getting icons over was a lot of complaints of customer service. I decided to go for OME BP-51s since ARB has been on top of everything but ICONs were definitely on my list of suspension choices 2-3 months back. Curious to see if they make up for all of that by being really good.

Interesting. Where/what have you heard negative about Icon's Customer Service?

I've heard that they are slow to respond to calls or emails if they respond at all. People have also said that they take care of issue but it takes awhile for it to get fixed. ARB I've read nothing but good things about their customer service even though there's a lot of issues with their systems sometimes. Hell my 51s were enroute a couple of weeks ago but they called back the order due to a flaw with one spring in the whole batch or that's at least what I'm tracking. It does seem that the icon system is solid. That's the only reason I asked how it was so far. Hoping the issue gets fixed. Hell I've been hearing a lot about King being shitty with the same issue.

I haven't had to deal with Icon's CS yet, but Toytec was great to deal with when I ordered the Icon kit through them. They called me minutes after I placed the order online to let me one one of the items was backordered and offered me a couple different options.

That's nice, it seems like the companies you go through that are the middle men always make things right. Its nice because they usually deal with the BS.

Finally got around to installing my MESO Customs V4 Ultimate Turn Signals which ended up being a super easy install.

Also after some extensive reading about LED bulbs in halogen reflector housings on TW, I chose to ditch Auxbeam LED Headlights for the following halogen bulbs:
    • GE Megalight Ultra +130 H11 Low Beam Bulbs
    • Hella H9 65W High Beam Halogen Bulbs
Overall I feel like these provide better visibility and am happy with the light they throw. Hopefully I will eventually be able to drop in some 2020 headlights.

Great looking truck, did you get your TRD fogs through the dealer or did you find a better route?

Technically I bought them on Ebay, but I believe it was just a Toyota dealer selling them.

Completed the install of my Off-Grid Engineering Dual Battery System with Dual Group 35 X2Power AGM Batteries. Still need to install an aux fuse box and move the bed lights over to it.
