KYB top hat washer placement question

    Whoever has installed to these I need some help figuring out which washer goes where? Which washer goes on the underside of the top hat and which one goes on top of the rubber bushing in the photo, also I'm sure the curved part goes against each bushing. The directions don't show this much detail. Thanks
