We had some delays due to the entire Federal Government taking a 3 day weekend for Columbus Day (must be nice), so for those who got the confirmations on Friday, that would explain any issues with tracking you may have noticed.

I've had some questions about covers for different dia bars and about longer length sections, so I figured I'd answer those here:

    1. For the bars that are not round, or not 1.75" in dia. there are a few options. If we get enough requests, we can look into sourcing a section of tubing for molding purposes, and with enough people interested we could do that for the same price as in the OP. If it's a one off, we won't be able to stick to that price if we do it at all. An alternative would be for us to send you pre-cut (but not formed) blanks that you could then mold to your bar. Kydex is very easy to work with, and forgiving of mistakes since it has a memory. All you will need is an oven or a heat gun and you will be able to shape it to your bar. We can send you the blanks for the same price as in the OP, as well as instructions.

    2. For the longer length sections, as long as they are 1.75" in dia we can do any lengths up to 12". We are limited to 12" due to our current oven capacity. If they are not 1.75", then see above. Pricing depends on the length, so if you have something in mind just shoot me an email and I'll get you a quote.

For those wondering why 1.75" keeps popping up, we are currently using some scrap tubing from Relentless to make the covers, so there's no doubt that they will fit that size. For any other size, we'll have to go source tubing in the same dia.

I'm getting through my email back log this morning. One of our guys had a baby and is on PTO so I've been working a lot more in the shop and unfortunately haven't been able to get through my emails on a regular basis. You'll be hearing from me shortly. Thank you for your patience!

Anyone with 1.5" bars try to mount their 1.75" protectors yet? I'm not really happy with the size difference on mine. I don't see how I will get them to sit flat/flush with the bars. I also don't like the off center position of them either, since I mount my RTT as far to the passenger side as it will go, in order to clear my Foxwing awning (for easy cover removal/zip-up and RTT awning bars clearance).

Moving forward, I will see about getting 12" long, 1.5" versions instead. That way I can mount them in a way that I can slide the RTT one way or the other and the bars will be protected. @Hunter Osborne I'll be dropping you an email request later today.

Yes, Canada orders can be completed, but shipping can be spendy (which I'm sure isn't new information).

Hunter says email him and you two can work something out.

    Hope this helps
