    Thanks!

Thanks. Never ending work in progress.

What tool did you use for cutting the wheel openings?

I think he may have gone the slow and steady way with a Dremel, but an air cutoff tool, body saw, or small angle grinder gets the job done too. Depends what tool you're comfortable with and what you have available.

I just did mine about a month ago...I used a jig saw with a sheet metal blade and it worked GREAT! It was extremely easy to control and very easy to get to the places needed. I think I had to use the grinder on the ends nearest the cab because the jig blade was hitting the cab

As Eric said I used a dremel for most of it. Body chop saw for the parts next to the cab.

Copy, thanks. Had any issues with it? Did you do any preventative maintenance before installing? I have seen some people who replace the factory grease (?) on other winches and other things before using it.

Its worked like a charm every time I've used it. As for pre-maintenance I didn't do any before I put it in. I figured (and this could definitely be naïve) that its a Warn, they've been around long enough to have their shit together and a system that they claim needs no additional lubrication is just that. I guess time will tell.

The two maintenance things I do do to it are cleaning the synthetic line and I make sure to run it once a month to get the juices flowing.
