No spacers. I'm running 4.5 but might get some Wheelers steelies @ 4 bs so I don't rub my UCAs. Then I'll rub my frame and cnc more. 315 people problems

Over the holiday weekend I relocated my horns (only moved one and removed the other) relocated the temp sensor, installed BAMF light holder, finished and installed my OEM headlights with BHLM completed, and installed light bar. I like the output of the light bar, even behind the grille its super bright. I had to do some extra chopping to get it to work with the satoshi.

A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
    Looks slick as hell!

I'm hoping if I do my satoshi thin-lip the Hellas I have will fit in nicely.

Thanks! I have an extra grille in my garage that I'm going to do a thin lip version on too. My current one is jacked ever since I pushed a downed tree out of the way and a stray branch stuck into it. Plus the thin lip will free up some more room.

Nice job on the lights! Looks great!

Hey how long did your snorkel installation take?

Thanks! There is some prep Loctiting the bolts onto the unit but the snorkel install itself took an afternoon. You end up spending most of your time lining up the template, don't want to F that up. After you cut the hole its just a matter of bolting it up which goes pretty fast. The one PITA is getting the nut threaded on the top bolt; you need to be a contortionists to do it.

Okay thanks for the heads up. My brother and I are going to do it and we are not big people. Yeah I assumed lining up the template is only kind of an important part. :p

What did you seal up your cuts with? I am going to hit them with a little paint and silicone the shit out of them.

I painted the cut and drill holes with MGM touch up paint and then ran some door edge trim around the big hole.

How do you like your suspension setup? I'm thinking of mimicking your front w/ OME on my 2013 DCSB and going AllPro leafs on the rear.

I like it. Pretty stiff but that's to be expected. I probably would have gone with LR UCAs if I did not get such a good deal on the Total Chaos ones.

Thanks, I'm hoping to stiffen the rear end cause currently it'll bottom out over speed humps and it doesn't want hold much weight. Would you recommend the 885's over the 886's for the front on a lighter weight truck? I don't have an aftermarket bumper on the front and will go with a Relentless aluminum front when I do.

With the aluminum bumper and a winch I think my 886s ride just right.
But now you're going LT so it doesn't matter :p

True, but I have a steel plate bumper being built, and the 886s would have suited me better in the mean time.

Why do you wish you had them? - Nvm, I see you've got a steel bumper in the post above.

885s are the way to go if you don't plan on adding any front weight. And if they settle too much, you can always add top plate spacers.
